Servicing at Durant Scoreboards

At Durant Scoreboards we cover all aspects of a project. We take care of manufacturing, designing, printing, delivering, installing and importantly servicing your scoreboard.

Our standard warranty package for a scoreboard is valid for 2 years. If you wish to extend your warranty, you can choose from our bronze, silver, gold, and platinum agreements that are available to access on our Durant Store.

Whether or not your scoreboard is in or out of warranty we would advise you to familiarize yourself with our repairs document. Here you will find everything you need to know regarding our policies.

Immediate Service Options

If you don’t wish to, or have forgotten to extend your warranty, don’t worry! You can pay for a call/video call with our helpful Scoreboard Technical Support Team or for a Single Man or 2-Man Call-out Fee.

Technical Support Team

£150.00 Exc. VAT

A member from our Scoreboard team will aim to get in touch within a 48-hour period.

Single-man Call-Out Fee

£550.00 Exc. VAT

The £500 covers travel and 2 hrs on site, after 2 hours the hourly rate is £50.00 + vat per hour.

2-man Call-Out Fee

£950.00 Exc. VAT

We aim to attend to diagnose and repair within 10 days of being alerted to the issue.

Warranty and Service Contracts

Please find the attached service contracts regarding warranty, service, and repairs. Our standard warranty package for a scoreboard is valid for 2 years. If you wish to extend your warranty, you can choose from our bronze, silver, gold, and platinum agreements and be added to our exclusive client list.

Bronze Membership

£200.00 Exc. VAT

Our most basic package, Telephone/email support, and parts on a supply only basis, minor repairs to the console included.

Silver Membership

£300.00 Exc. VAT

Telephone/email support, and parts on a supply only basis. Annual service carried out, including checking all electronics.

Gold Membership

£450.00 Exc. VAT

Annual service carried out, including checking all electronics, thorough clean of the system inside, and giving a full report on the condition.

Platinum Membership

£895.00 Exc. VAT

Also includes guaranteed breakdown callout response time of 3 working days and a loan scoreboard (DC18 on a trolley).
