All replacement parts (excluding water ingress caused by external factors)
Annual service visit, including: Full electronic inspection, Internal cleaning, Resealing of digits and fascia (inside and out), Condition and performance report.

During the first 12 months after delivery or installation, your scoreboard is fully covered under our comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty. This ensures complete peace of mind during your first season of use.
Includes:
All parts, components, and LED digits, plus labour and callout costs for any repair or replacement. Telephone and email technical support are also included.
Cost to you: £0
Any issues in the first year are resolved quickly and at no extra cost.
If no service plan is taken out after the first year, your scoreboard moves to limited cover.
What’s covered:
LED digits remain covered under the extended 5-year parts-only warranty.
What’s not covered:
Labour, callout charges, other electronic components, and routine servicing.
Typical costs:
Standard callouts are chargeable, with higher costs applying to high-level or restricted-access installations. Replacement parts are quoted separately.
With an active service plan in place, coverage continues exactly as it did in year one.
Includes:
All parts and labour, priority callout response, and an annual service visit including inspection, cleaning, resealing, and a condition report.
Cost to you: £0 (beyond the service plan fee)
This effectively extends full warranty-style cover into the second year.
From year three onwards, the scoreboard is considered out of warranty unless a service plan is held.
What’s covered:
LED digits only, under the parts-only warranty (up to the end of year five).
What’s not covered:
Labour, callouts, electronic components, and servicing. All repairs are chargeable at standard rates.
